Return Policy

In order to protect your rights and our cooperation, we have formulated the following return policy:

  1. The purchase price of the products is non-refundable under any circumstances. However, if the products are new, unused, and resaleable, the company may accept returns at its discretion. A twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee and all shipping costs are required. All returns must be delivered to the company within 30 days of the original purchase date. If the company finds that the returned product has been used, no refund will be made.
  2. We do not accept unconditional returns. After receiving and using the goods, any return or exchange request on the grounds of "the effect does not meet expectations" or "the effect is not satisfactory" will be rejected.
  3. Refund applications for malicious refusal of goods will not be accepted. If you refuse to accept the goods without reason when the courier delivers them, we will not refund. Because international logistics costs are high and we need to destroy the goods locally, your refusal has caused us serious losses.
  4. Our logistics partners are international logistics companies. The shipping time and service quality are beyond our control. Nevertheless, we will do our best to help customers solve problems that arise in logistics. Please understand that we cannot provide compensation for delays and losses caused by the logistics company because we are also the injured party. It is recommended that customers actively contact the local logistics company to cooperate in tracking the goods.
  5. We cannot guarantee that the goods will arrive at your expected time, but we will ship as soon as possible and provide previous arrival times as a reference. If there is a delay with the logistics company, we cannot refund the full amount. However, after communicating with customer service, you can return the unopened goods and we will refund the remaining amount after deducting the return shipping fee from the total price.
  6. If the machine you purchased is damaged or malfunctions, please contact customer service immediately and provide the order number, product working video or appearance photos. We will start after-sales repair service and replace parts free of charge to ensure that the machine is perfectly repaired. During the warranty period, we will provide you with full support. Before purchasing, please read the product information carefully and contact us if you have any questions. Please note that customer service information is for reference only and cannot be used as the sole basis for a refund. Thank you for your understanding and support.

  1. To ensure accurate delivery of your package, please provide genuine and valid address contact information. If the package cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect destination information, we will not be held responsible. To avoid errors, we will verify the shipping information immediately after order confirmation. If you need to resend the package, the cost will be borne by you.
