If you have made a purchase in error or accidentally bought too many goods, please contact our customer service team at service@iverens.com within 12 hours to cancel the order or request a refund, provided that we have not yet dispatched the items. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required. To initiate a return, please contact us at service@iverens.com Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including custom products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, consumables like Ti powder, confetti paper, as well as sale items and gift cards. Refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as "This is not what I want" or "I don't need it anymore". Any refund requests must be made within one month of receipt. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
We do not offer replacement goods, unless a mutual agreement has been reached through communication with our customer service team. Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected your return. You will be notified of the approval status and if approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
